Upper Hermosa offers flat streets lined with sidewalks which are great for walking, classic upscale homes, which enjoy green full landscaping.  Upper Hermosa homes are more affordable being it is setback a bit from the ocean  like its Lower Hermosa homes, but still has some great ocean view homes.  Bird Rock is not to far, and has great shopping and dining.
