Bird Rock Community Council added a new community bench to its series titled "Dancing Through Life." The beautiful, green-leaves-and-butterflies themed mosaic bench was dedicated Sept. 22, 2019 at 5643 La Jolla Blvd., where resident AJ Mason and his family members Thom, Krista and Michaela gathered to honor their much-loved wife and mom, Joanne Mason, who inspired the bench's messages.
