Development, traffic planners unable to vote on Cuvier Street vacation proposal, ask applicants to return

A proposal to vacate Cuvier Street to accommodate an expansion to the La Jolla Recreation Center went 0 for 2 at community planning meetings this week, failing to garner a vote at either the April 20 La Jolla Development Permit Review Committee or the April 21 La Jolla Traffic & Transportation meetings.
